We take off with cool-cat Archie ‘Chi’ Geotina from the Philippines and his mesmerising ‘Pearls’ project that challenges a historical white imperialism in surfing and surf media, and celebrates the fierce spirit of women’s longboarding. Paula Ortega’s stunning ‘Pearls’ project shot of Josie Prendergrast decorates the cover in style. And meandering through the volume you will find brilliant work by Jim Russi, Lukene Sotomayer, Doug Wilson, Alan ‘Fuz’ Bleakley, Lily Plume, Toby Butler, Marcus Paladino, Ismail Bouhali, Jocelyn Kotvis, Bella Rose Bunce, Laura Obexer, Rhita Ouadghiri, Mohamed Talah, Youssef Boudlal, Alan van Gysen, Nathan Benhan, Ginger Caimi, Tom Prentice, Zoe Grospiron.
